About the Report

In 2022, World’s Largest Lesson and NetApp, with the help of Play Verto, launched the Transforming Education survey. The survey invited students aged 7 to 19 years old to share their views on education and what they would like to see change.

The survey was designed to be played by students as part of a classroom activity.  A discussion guide and lesson plan were created to give  teachers additional support. The survey was open for 6 months, from June 2022 and closed on International Day of Education 24th January 2023.

The Data

The data presented in this report has gone through extensive analysis by the team at Play Verto.  The anonymised data is available to support collective advocacy and social action at a national and global level.

Please contact lesson@project-everyone.org for more information.
In this interactive dashboard, you can explore and understand student’s responses to open box questions asked in the survey.

What’s Next?

Our hope is that the findings from this report support wider advocacy efforts around the need to transform education and highlight the value of including more children and young people in discussions about their learning.
